Dreadful, simply the worst shopping experience of my life. They promised to replace anything which failed or did not satisfy, and when something failed refused to do anything. It sounds like the response was much like that the previous write received. I wont go into details but I would advise anyone not to shop there. We were treated with incredible rudeness and were explicitly threatened with physical violence, which he did later apologise for but even so, I don't think this is something anyoe should have to put up with.
